Refund Policy

At SUBLIME DRIVING SCHOOL, we strive to ensure that our students have the best experience. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are issued for driving lessons and other services.

1. General Refund Eligibility
1.1. Refunds are available for unused lessons or services in accordance with the conditions outlined in this policy.

1.2. Refunds will only be issued for lessons or packages that have been prepaid and have not yet been taken.

2. Refund Process
2.1. Single Lesson Refunds:
If you’ve booked and paid for a single lesson, refunds are available if the cancellation is made at least 48hr in advance. Refund requests must be made by contacting us directly via phone or email.

2.2. Lesson Package Refunds:
For students who have purchased a lesson package, refunds are available for any unused lessons. Refunds will be calculated based on the number of lessons already taken and the original discount provided. Any discounted lessons that have been used will be charged at the standard single lesson rate, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

2.3. Non-refundable Services:
Certain services such as administrative fees, gift cards, and promotional offers may not be eligible for a refund. Please review specific terms when booking these services.

3. Time Frame for Refund Requests
3.1. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days from the purchase date.

3.2. We aim to process refunds within 7 business days of receiving a valid request.

4. How to Request a Refund

4.2. Please provide your booking reference, the number of lessons completed (if any), and the reason for requesting a refund.

5. Refund Method
5.1. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking. This includes credit or debit cards, online transfers, or any other payment method specified at the time of purchase.

5.2. If the original payment method is no longer valid, please contact us for alternative refund arrangements.

6. Cancellations and No-shows
6.1. Late Cancellations:
If a lesson is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, the lesson deposit  is not  refundable. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy Page for further details.

6.2. No-shows:
If you fail to attend a scheduled lesson without notifying us in advance, no refund will be issued, and the lesson fee will be forfeited.

7. Changes to this Policy
7.1. We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will become effective immediately.

7.2. It is your responsibility to review this policy regularly to stay informed of any updates.
