Cancellation Policy
At Sublime Driving School we strive to make your booking experience easy and transparent. Please review our booking policy. Booking & Payment Card Details Required: To secure your lesson, clients are required to enter valid card details at the time of booking. This is necessary to confirm and hold your lesson slot. A partial deposit will be charged to your card when the booking is made, with the remaining balance due on the day of your lesson (Offers/Promotions/Deals included) On-the-Lesson Day Payment: The remaining balance can be paid using cash, tap POS , bank transfer. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations or Rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled lesson to avoid forfeiting your deposit. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will result in the deposit being non-refundable. Late cancellations may also result in a charge of the deposit . Please read Policies & Conditions Refunds Deposits are non-refundable unless cancellations are made more than 48 hours in advance. If the cancellation is within the 48-hour window, no refunds will be issued, but rescheduling will be accommodated when possible based on availability.
