Welcome to SUBLIME DRIVING SCHOOL (referred to as "I",  "we," "us," or "our", "Instructor"). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, services, and products. By enrolling in lessons, booking services, or accessing our site, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website or booking any services. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please do not use our services.

1. General Information
1.1. These Terms apply to all users of the site, customers, and students of SUBLIME DRIVING SCHOOL.

1.2. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly to stay informed of any changes.

2. Eligibility
2.1. To enroll in our driving lessons, you must be at least 17 years old and hold a valid learner’s permit or driver’s license.

2.2. By registering with us, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

3. Booking and Payments
3.1. Lessons must be booked in advance through our website, by phone, or in person.

3.2. Full/partial payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated in the promotion or special offer terms.

3.3. All prices are subject to change. In the event of a price change, existing bookings will not be affected.

3.4. We accept credit/debit cards on website deposit, then cash on hand at driving lesson day. 

4. Cancellations and Refunds
4.1. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made before 48hours of the scheduled lesson to avoid a cancellation fee. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy Page for more detailed information.

4.2. Failure to attend a lesson without prior notice will result in the loss of the partial lesson fee.

4.3. Refunds are processed according to our Refund Policy.

5. Instructor Conduct and Responsibilities
5.1. All driving instructors are fully qualified and licensed to provide driving instruction in accordance with local laws.

5.2. Instructors have the right to terminate a lesson if a student is deemed unfit to drive due to illness, intoxication, or any other reason that could endanger safety.

5.3. Our instructor are committed to providing a safe and supportive learning environment.

6. Student Responsibilities
6.1. Students must present a valid learner’s permit or driver’s license at each lesson. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the lesson, and the lesson fee will still be charged.

6.2. Students must attend lessons in a fit condition to drive. Being under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.

6.3. Students are responsible for providing accurate contact information and notifying us of any changes in personal details.

7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur during lessons unless caused by our negligence.

7.2. In the event of vehicle malfunction, we will reschedule lessons at no extra cost.

7.3. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the lesson or service.

8. Use of Website and Social Media
8.1. By accessing our website or interacting with us on social media, you agree to comply with our terms of use, privacy policy, and any applicable laws.

8.2. Unauthorized use of our website or social media content, including copying, distributing, or reproducing, is prohibited.

8.3. We may use customer feedback, reviews, or testimonials for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be featured, please notify us in writing.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

10. Governing Law
10.1.This contract is governed by the law of the Republic of Ireland whose courts have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute, disagreement, proceedings or legal claim of any nature relating to the service provided or the contract.

10.2.Lesson Timing & Punctuality
If the instructor is late: The full lesson time will be extended that day or rescheduled at a mutually convenient time at no extra cost.

If the pupil is late: The missed time will not be made up, and the full lesson fee will apply.

10.3. Conduct: Respectful communication is expected. Disruptive behavior may lead to termination of lessons without refund.
